REAL STORIES

Every experience is different. Every voice matters.

Epilepsy doesn’t have one story.

Real Stories is a space for people around the world to share what epilepsy has meant in their lives — whether they live with epilepsy themselves, care for someone, love someone, or have been affected by it in another way.

These stories are not here to represent everybody.

They are here to let people speak for themselves.

Read. Listen. Understand. And, if you’re ready, share your own.

SHARE YOUR STORY

Your experience matters

If epilepsy has affected your life, you can share your story with Epilesode for possible publication in Real Stories.

You can write about living with epilepsy, caring for someone, supporting someone you love, diagnosis, treatment, recovery, relationships, work, school, confidence, fear, hope, or anything else that feels important to your experience.

You do not have to tell us everything. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Stories are reviewed before publication. Submitting a story does not guarantee that it will be published.
